What to do? Christine Sathiah who has spent a good part of her life entertaining and cooking for diplomatic guests in many countries offers you "Catering with a Difference" that will help you organise and produce your dinner parties and any other events you may chose to host.

Christine offers a catering service with a difference and your own personal touch. She'll plan your menu with you from a wide-ranging list of dishes: French, Mediterranean, Moroccan, Vietnamese or fusion. She then will shop and cook for you, help you decorate your table and advise you on the best wines to go with your menu without your having to even step in the kitchen. Whether the occasion is a business dinner, a family reunion or an informal brunch or finger food cocktail party, she has a solution, adapted to the occasion.

The menus listed below are examples of available orders. In some cases, particular dishes may be modified or unavailable due to seasonal shortages. Specific dishes or menus can be devised for special events (anniversaries, Christmas, birthdays) or requirements (eg. vegetarian etc)

Prices quoted are per person and for a minimum of 8 guests for dinners, 10-12 for buffet dinners, brunches and cocktail parties. Prices do not include wine, alcoholic beverages or soft drinks.

Flower arrangements, the provision of tableware or any special decorative requirements may be arranged separately and are not included in the quoted prices.

Cleaning and washing up are also not included, but may be provided by mutual agreement. Advice on the choice of appropriate wine is available.
