with Young Living Essential Oils
February 18th cooking with Young Living Essential Oils - Lemon,
Basil, and peppermint etc., was something new and different!
The demo was a challenge for Jo and I and after research and experiments
we picked recipes to showcase the oils.
Please remember you can only cook with Young Living Essential
contribute hugely to the taste and enjoyment of food. For the
stir-fry prawns we used four different oils; Prawns with Ginger
oil, prawns with Coriander, prawns with basil oil and prawns with
lemon grass oil. We also cooked Prawns with fresh ginger also.
One dish of roast vegetables with rosemary infused olive oil.
Jo's chicken lasagna was cooked with essential oils and fresh
herbs to test the taste. Jo also mixed chocolate with peppermint
oil- so yummy!
Fee of Y.L. Essential Oils opened the event with general information
about the oils and took many question from the floor. Nigel took

they say seeing is believing but in this case tasting is believing
