20 large prawns - shelled and cleaned leaving their tails on
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin olive oil
1teaspoon of Chilli infused Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Chives finely chopped
all ingredients together and brush over the prawns. Put prawns
in zip lock bag and pour in balance of mixture. Seal bag and shake
around to ensure all the prawns are covered with mixture then
leave in fridge a couple of hours to marinate.
Barbecue for one to two minutes on each side.
