Steak with Rosemary & Chillies

Ingredients:

(for two sandwiches)
2-minute steaks
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Chilli Infused Olive oil
4 spring onions finely chopped
Olive Oil to marinate
1 tablespoon Rosemary leaves (chopped optional)
2 small red chillies, finely chopped; (don't use chilli padi by mistake)
Black Pepper to taste
1 Multi grain baguette - halved and sliced along the length


Method:

Place the beef, crushed garlic, chopped spring onions, rosemary and olive oil in bowl and toss steak to coat. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Heat pan and fry the marinated steaks over high heat - the oil in the marinade is enough for frying. Cook to you liking - 1 minute on each side would give you medium rare. Remove steaks from pan and place on top of baguette. Add the chopped chillies and Chilli Infused Olive Oil and mix with juices from pan. Spoon over steak and top with other half of roll.
Simply delicious!
