Steak with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:

Makes two sandwiches:
Cooked steak - left over steak from BBQ
1 tablespoon of Horseradish Sauce
2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 Ciabatta bread rolls - halved and toasted

Method:

Cut steak into thin strips and mix in bowl with horseradish and mayonnaise. Spread mixture between rolls.

Note 1:

Marinade for steaks for BBQ
Marinade Ingredients
Mustard
Montreal seasoning
Olive Oil
1 zip lock bag

Method:

Spread mustard over each steak, sprinkle with Montreal seasoning. Place in zip lock bag and cover with olive oil. Using zip lock bag makes it very easy to mix well. Marinate over night in fridge if possible.
Result: steaks are very moist and tender - melt in your mouth!
