with Horseradish Sauce
Makes two sandwiches:
Cooked steak - left over steak from BBQ
1 tablespoon of Horseradish Sauce
2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 Ciabatta bread rolls - halved and toasted
steak into thin strips and mix in bowl with horseradish and mayonnaise.
Spread mixture between rolls.

1 zip lock bag
Spread mustard over each steak, sprinkle with Montreal seasoning.
Place in zip lock bag and cover with olive oil. Using zip lock
bag makes it very easy to mix well. Marinate over night in fridge
Result: steaks are very moist and tender - melt in your mouth!
