Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

16 pork ribs (in pieces)
1 bottle honey barbecue sauce
1 cube beef stock
1 tablespoon sugar
200mls water

Method:

Take the pork ribs and place them in a large dish, large enough to have them all sit flat on the base. Cover the ribs in the sauce and turn them until each one has been coated in it, cover and let them marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours in fridge. Then mix the beef stock with 200mls of water and the sugar. Once the ribs have marinated place them in a casserole dish with a lid, along with the beef stock mixture, place in the oven and cook for 3 hours. For the last half an hour take the lid off the casserole dish and let them get a bit of crunch.
