Shredded Mango Salad with Prawns

Ingredients: (Serves 6)
2 small onions
2 green mangos
2 small green apples
1 small carrot
200gm cooked prawns
A handful of mint leaves to garnish


Dressing:
6 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
6 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 no length chilli deseeded and slice
2 tbsp roasted seasame seed

Method:
1. Shredde the green mango, green apple, onion and carrot coarsely.
2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add all the ingredients and cooked prawns into the dressing and mix well.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with the mint leaves and serve immediately.
