Pies: Chicken, Meat or Fish

I usually make my pies from leftovers. For instance if we are having chicken with tarragon, beef strognoff or most dishes with bit-sized meat cooked in a sauce can be used next day for pies. All you will need is a packet of puff pasty or short crust pastry from the freezer.

Tip:
The secret to being a good cook is having a well-stocked pantry and freezer. If you are well organised and have ingredients at hand you will find yourself being more creative when preparing some tasty treats.
